The house is only for rent for tutoring
To learn more about the facilities of the house for teachers to hire, the reporter went to this house and met a middle-aged man standing right outside the door to welcome students to school.
Talking to the reporter, this person said that the manager helping the homeowner is a relative, and the homeowner's private house lives a short distance away. This house is currently for rent only. Today there is only one extra class on the second floor.
Through the reporter's observations, on the first floor there is a toilet, elevator and household appliances. Going to the second floor and turning left, the reporter encountered a brightly lit classroom with a number of students inside.
When asked about which school they attend, a female student said that they study at NS Primary School, and there are 5 students in the class who study science, meaning English science. Subjects are taught by subject teachers in the school. “This year we started taking extra classes here,” the group of students said.

According to the reporter's observations, in the above classroom, there are 7 desks, whiteboards, air conditioners, and wall fans. In the hallway there is a bottle of pure water for students and students to drink, and there is no toilet. Going upstairs, the reporter also saw full tables and chairs, air conditioners, fans, curtains…
Returning to the first floor, the reporter encountered some students on the second floor who had to come down here to go to the bathroom.
According to the man who manages this place, the house has 5 floors, from the 2nd floor up, each floor has 2 rooms. This house has just been renovated about 3-4 years ago.
Regarding tutoring activities, the man said, in the busiest sessions, there are two tutoring classes.
“Every afternoon of the week from Monday to Friday, there are extra classes. The most crowded sessions are 3 classes, the oldest student is in grade 4. Around 5:00 p.m., teachers come to teach after school. Students and teachers from three elementary schools recently came to teach,” the man shared.

Many apartments on one floor are for tutoring
Not only tutoring at private homes, according to feedback from people whose children are studying at some schools in Cau Giay district, teachers also teach tutoring in apartments. Located right on Trung Kinh street, building N09 (193 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa) is a place where parents report organizing many tutoring classes.
This house is 10 floors high, with two entrances to the first floor, one side is from Trung Kinh street. On the first floor is a parking area with security guards and an elevator to all floors.

According to people living here, households live from the 2nd to 9th floors, while the 10th floor has five extra teaching rooms, two rooms for rent to offices.
“From about 4:00 p.m. onwards, the sound of students talking and laughing filled this building. Not to mention, when taking the elevator from the 9th floor to walk to the 10th floor, the children's food and drinks spilled onto the floor, which is very unhygienic. The classrooms above are all full,” the people shared.
Going up the elevator with a group of 6th grade students (Cau Giay Middle School), the reporter encountered many students still wearing school uniforms.
They shared that this afternoon (Monday) they took extra math lessons from Mr. L., a teacher at school. The extra lessons cost 200,000 VND.
Exiting the elevator on the 9th floor, the reporter heard the noise of many students taking extra classes on the 10th floor. On the floor, instant noodles were scattered near the stairway area caused by students eating them.

This floor has only one toilet, located right next to the classroom of Mr. D.VL (teacher of Cau Giay Middle School).
Through many days of surveying, the reporter found that Mr. L.'s extra classes taught many days a week and were all fixed in a room of just over a dozen square meters. In this cramped room, there are always a few dozen students taking extra classes.
Mr. L. also has a female teaching assistant named Th. In charge of supporting classroom management. This person said that in addition to teaching regular students at Cau Giay Middle School, Mr. L. also teaches elementary students. For example, yesterday he taught grade 4, he would grade papers and receive recognition. Consider each child separately.

Ms. Th. shared with reporters: “Extra classes here are fully scheduled from morning to night, including Saturday and Sunday. Students study twice a week.
Most of the students come from nearby schools. After finishing their regular classes, they come here to study more, which is very convenient.

In another lesson, also in this area, a female elementary school teacher said that the classrooms on this floor were rented by a teacher from the building. The rental price here is 120 thousand VND/shift/2 hours.
The English center has teachers to teach Math
Located in an alley on Tran Kim Xuyen street is an English center, this place is also reported by parents as an organization that hires elementary school teachers for tutoring.
To learn about this facility, the reporter had a field survey. When the reporter arrived, there were many Cau Giay Middle School students sitting on the first floor, besides there were 4 female staff in charge of management.

Inside the room on the second floor, turn left up the stairs. This classroom has no windows.
The female employee said that the center has four floors for teaching, with two rooms on each floor. In a narrow room on the left, the reporter noticed that this room was quite narrow, the walls of the room were heavily graffitied by students, and the room had air conditioning and a fan. In between the two rooms is the toilet.
“The largest class can seat about 35 students. There are students in high school classes from grades 1 to 9 every day, and IELTS certificate classes vary from time to time,” the female employee shared.
When asked about whether there are elementary school teachers teaching Math and Literature, the female employee said that there are teachers from elementary schools in the Cau Giay area teaching here. This person also provided the reporter with the phone numbers of two teachers, Mr. H., who teaches English, and Ms. VA, who teaches Math.
